From the moment I meet Julie I knew she would deliver what she promised! Julie came highly recommended to us, and I see her face all around the area of Greenwood. She was wonderful and very accommodating given our unique circumstances with the sale of the house. Julie got the results she promised and was completely processional and compassionate the whole way through the process. Would highly recommend Julie to any friends and family.

Right from the first meeting, after a recommendation from neighbours, Pauline was our choice. Not pushy, not 'talking-up' values, she was straight forward, made great suggestions, had good contacts, and her support staff were also excellent. Her friendly communicative manner and commitment, always ready to advise and let us know what was happening, made what could have been a stressful time into one of smooth sailing.

When you think of sales persons in any field you worry if they are doing the right thing. Tony Mullen is a rare gem. We have known Tony for a long time and had also known other agents from other companies. Tony will work hard for you for the best result without blowing smoke to impress you. HIS results speak for themselves. I can not think any higher of Tony with his ability to strive with perfection. As my wife would call him, FABULOUS. Just want to say a big thankyou to Tony Mullen and staff at Peard Real Estate for your guidance on our next adventure. I like to keep comments short and sweet. So on your next chapter in life wherever you are or what stage in life you are going through, if you do not want dramas. Pick Tony. VOTE ONE FOR TONY. Cheers mate ,you are a gentleman and scholar and honest.

I chose Claire to sell my home I had lived in for thirty years. She was very aware and considerate of the emotions involved in this process for me, and she made the whole thing smooth and positive. Even when a problem arose, she handled everything, leaving me feeling calm and reassured by her professional and genuine approach. I am now living in my new place- very happy with the whole experience.

Pauline went over and above what I would consider the normal service provided. Her communication and professionalism was excellent. I would not hesitate to refer Pauline to anyone wanting to sell their home.

I'm incredibly grateful to my real estate agent for their dedication. They consistently went above and beyond, proving that they were willing to tackle any obstacle that came our way. James really does know the coastal market and had great ways of marketing my property. A great outcome.
