Tony ran a great open show with a lot of attendance, but had time to answer everyone's questions. He was pleasant and welcoming throughout, and the house got a lot of interest. When putting in my offer, Tony was super-helpful and was able to hunt out a couple of obscure details that were important to me. He kept me informed all the way through the process and I felt fully in control, and able to sucessfully bid on the property. So why only 4 stars? Because Tony managed to get top price for his clients! I can't blame him, and I'd do the same in his shoes, but it still hurts as a buyer. Well done, Tony - you did good on this.
