I am over the moon with the manner in which my House Sale was handled by Diane Williamson. She is a totally dedicated Sales Executive who pays attention to detail in all aspects of her role. We met at the property on a Friday, it was on the market after 3 business days, the board went up and the first home open was 3 days later on the weekend. Four days after that she presented me with five offers and the sale was agreed with the buyer. Settlement followed three weeks later. During this whole period Diane was always available on the telephone and text with follow up emails. She is a very experienced lady who advised me at all times on the procedures ahead. She is a Professional to the core and I would never hesitate to recommend her to sell your property. My house for sale was 80 k from the home where I live and Diane was a god send in meeting up with tradesmen, gardeners etc., on my behalf - nothing was too hard for her.
