Rodney gives the best first impression! He is prompt, well prepared and immediately put us at ease. He came very well prepared to our first meeting - he had brought with him up-to-date data of past sales in the area and showed a great deal of knowledge on pricing and set really realistic expectations. He worked so quickly - within 4 days of meeting him our home was listed online and a mere 3 days after that it was sold after he presented us with multiple offers. His selling strategy is the best in the business and we got way more than we ever anticipated for our property.
