I was firstly impressed by Diane's integrity several years ago when she told me NOT to sell my home. She put our interests first and suggested we wait until the market improved, which it did! We contacted her just recently and she had all our information at hand. I'd taken ill in the intervening time and she pulled out all the stops to both sell the home quickly and get us the best price. She is very organised. Everything happened as she said it would, there was excellent communication and every query was followed through. She made pertinent suggestions about what details needed attention (improved lighting, garden details, a few maintenance issues) and followed them up to ensure the home was in its optimum condition before showing.
