Tash did a great job selling our place. We have moved to the East Coast and thought that this would make things difficult, but Tash made it a smooth process. Tash even organised to have some maintenance done for us prior to the sale which was greatly appreciated (it would have been very difficult to coordinate from over here) Another complexity was that the property was leased out. Tash dealt with our property manager and tenants and kept everyone happy throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Tash to my friends and neighbours in the Vic Park area.

Sue helped us get above our ideal price and took a very personal approach to address our unique circumstances and requirements. Her commitment and passion was evident from the start, even walking the area and chatting to neighbours to understand the best sales proposition.

Julie has a thorough understanding of the market and the ‘do’s’ and ‘don’t’s’ of buying and selling. She is willing to go the extra mile for her clients and has compassion and empathy which is sometimes needed. I had an extremely positive experience with Julie and don’t hesitate to recommend her whether you are buying or selling.

This is the second home Rod has sold for us and again we could not have been happier with his service and the outcome. Rod is a complete professional with a great wealth of knowledge of the area in which he is selling. He kept us up to date and every query was answered promptly and efficiently. The price we were after both times was the price we got and the whole experience went very smoothly I highly recommend Rod. Thanks again

The service we received from Diane exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier. Sold our house the day after it was listed, got an amazing price that we didn’t expect. Great communication, always kept us in the loop. Friendly professional and bubble. Would recommend Diane to sell your house. Best agent in Tapping.

Tash knew straight away she was on a winner with our home. We were a little unsure on what price to put on it, we decided to have expressions of interest at the first and only home open. Tash handled every aspect of the sale in a professional and friendly manner, we wouldn’t have expected anything less from the Vic Park super sales woman.
