He communicates clearly and is prepared to identify positives and negatives in respect to the property that is being offered for sale. After asking 3 different agents to come and give me an appraisal on my property, I chose Rick because of his manner and attitude. And then it took quite a while for me to find a suitable place to downsize to, but when I eventually did, Rick did all in his power to ensure the whole selling 'experience' ran as smoothly as possible as I found it all extremely unsettling. He even came to see me one time when I was particularly uptight about something, and reassured me all would be well - which, in the end it was. We didn't have an 'open house' as both of us weren't too keen on this, but when people did come through he had more than one potential buyer come, which worked out well. And eventually the 'right buyer' did come - although waiting for their finance to come through was, at times, nerve racking, but Rick gave me reassurance on many an occasion. I would most certainly recommend Rick to any potential seller of property as there was nothing 'pushy' about him or arrogant (as were a couple of the other initial agents), just his calm and positive demeanour which I found quite comforting. I am now settling into my downsized home and would very much like to wish Rick all the very best in his future sales. Thank you Rick for all your help and effort in effecting the sale of my lovely property.

We just brought our dream house with Rick. The wife couldn't make the innitial home open with the husband. Our family still put a offer on the house and got accepted. Rick organized house to be open again with the seller to allow wife a walk through aswell. Rick continuosly communicated with us and answred our questions up to settlement date.
