After finding a brochure in my son’s house letterbox from Rick and getting an idea of his thoughts on the value of the Meadow Springs house he decided to offer it for sale through Rick. He put a for sale sign up on Friday and it was sold for a cash offer on the Sunday! Rick’s knowledge of the area and valuations was first rate, and his attention to detail was a credit to him, as was his interaction with me on behalf of my son who has a seven day a week business in Bunbury and was unable to take part in the sale.
