This is the second property Tash has sold for us, her knowledge and professionalism is amazing. Tash has kept us in the loop no matter how small the detail is. Tash is very professional and cares so much that I feel like my best friend is selling my house. If you are thinking of selling or buying, I would highly recommend Tash

I was blessed to experience first hand - from the multi award winner of all times ( Tash Welburn) All things were meant to happen, that she is the author for mastering the art of sales ( real estate). We are truly touched by her sealing of sale deal and reflecting an essential appreciation of our wishes fulfilled. The messages of our prayers resonated with each other profoundly and I loved that where is darkness, let Tash bring light. No limits and no restrictions. SOLD. SOLD. SOLD !

Tash was tasked we selling my rental property whilst occupied by very difficult tenants. Not only did Tash achieve a stellar outcome on the sale but dealt very effectively with the difficult tenants throughout the sale process. Communication from Tash was outstanding and to the point, no fluff. Tash always followed through and keeping me updated which is something severely lacking in the realestate industry after they’ve set the hook and got your money! I have no problem recommending Tash to anyone wanting a very effective, no nonsense real estate professional.

Tash is very easy to deal with, her knowledge of the industry and area very sound. She always communicated in a polite and timely fashion and seems to literally work 24/7. She embraces ideas, forgives owners indecisions, understands our stresses and seems genuine and straight with her opinions.

Great knowledge of the area and the market and a no non-sense attitude. We bought the house from her and sold with her and was a pleasure on both occasions. Easily the top agent in the area.

Tash was very professional and a straight shooter. She gave accurate expectations regarding sale price and the time it would take to sell and my house sold within a week and a half.

I had a property on the market with another agent and I was finding the whole experience very underwhelming, when a family member referred Tash to me. From the minute Tash answered my phone call I felt I was talking to a friend, who really cared. Tash noted all our needs, contacted our tenants, finalized all documents and before I knew it the house was on the market and sold on the first opening. Tash's customer service is absolutely amazing, she kept me up to date every step of the way. After my experience with Tash, I would never use any other agent, even if my property was out of her area. Thank you Tash, you are amazing and I am so glad you were referred to me

Tash is a formidable professional, with a solid reputation in the East Victoria Park real estate market. She has significant market knowledge and the ability to guide myself as the seller and all prospective buyers to understand the true value of a property. She is highly personable, approachable and I would recommend her to any one looking for a no-mess professional appraisal or listing.

Tash handled all aspects of the sale of my property quickly & professionally. From deciding to go ahead with the sale to the accepted offer was under 10 days. She had open and honest advice about the sale options and what should be done to ensure the best result and kept me in the loop at all stages. There is a reason she is called the No.1 in EVP.

Tash is the go-to agent for local market knowledge and above-and-beyond service. As a seller, her honest approach was a relief and she worked more than hard to get us a great result. Even after the sale Tash has been beyond helpful. Highly recommend Tash!
