This is the second time that we have used Tash to sell. From the get go Tash made the whole process very simple. We put our family home of 20 years on the market just before Christmas when everyone is starting to wind down for the holidays, not Tash! She smashed out home opens and private viewings providing us with feedback within a few hours of each & even doing a private viewing on New Years Day (which resulted in the sale). Tash took the time to get to know our home so she was able to give accurate information to buyers about all the features. Tash was a great help throughout the whole process. Having placed an offer subject to sale on another property and a few days before Xmas, using her contacts we were able to get in on the market within 2 days before everything shut for the holidays. Essentially we had 2 weeks to sell our house and Tash had an offer in 1 before it even went to home open. (Over the Xmas period) She then dealt with the buyers (of our property) and sellers of the other property to arrange building and pest inspections all during her annual leave. She was always easily contactable. The whole experience was smooth and took the stress out of everything. Not normally someone who leaves reviews but I couldn't not in this case. Will definitely use her again if we buy or sell another property.

When I needed to sell my house in East Vic Park, Tash was the first person on my mind. She sold us this house and knows the area inside out. Our property was on the market for 3 weeks with 2 open homes and we had a fantastic offer following the second one. Given the current environment of interest rate rises this is a fabulous result. There were a few minor issues that arose through the process, such as findings with the pest and building, but Tash was straight onto it. She got trades in and the job done so quickly, which again was astonishing given the shortages in trades currently. She has the connections and the know how to make things happen and I trust her implicitly. I would highly recommend you use Tash when selling your house!

Unfortunately, we didn’t have a good experience. Very nice, but a lot of our requests were dismissed or forgotten. We were the buyers in this case, so no doubt it’s a very different experience. We came within half a day of pulling out of the purchase because we couldn’t get written confirmation that major structural repairs were being attended to before the deadline to withdraw. If it hadn’t have been for the Settlement Agents stepping in, we would have pulled the plug.
