Tash is a great real estate agent who is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and being highly successful in the local East Vic Park area resulting in a wide network of contacts! Tash has a no nonsense direct and open approach in dealing with both the vendor and prospective buyers which is appreciated. Right from the start Tash was very positive and enthusiastic with regards to our property and provided a clear and targeted approach in marketing the property. Tash provided regular and timely feedback after each home open and always followed up. Throughout the process we felt that Tash was working very hard for the family (the vendor) and committed to producing the best possible result and always responded quickly to any queries that we had! We are very satisfied with the outcome from the sale of the property and attribute a lot of this to Tash. We highly recommend Tash to any prospective vendors and buyers!!

Tash is very professional and no nonsense. We didn't even have a home open day and sold after only two days with Tash. She is very positive and gets straight to it, knows her profession and market. Thanks Tash for making it a stress free transaction.

Found Tash to be a total professional in her field, one of the best in the business. A role model for in her profession that I believe more real estate agents should emulate. Loved the honesty and straight line approach that Tash always gave us in a difficult sellers’ market. Thanks Tash for all of your help. Steve Cleary

Tash provides a local area knowledge that was especially important when selling on this down turned market. Her correspondence was always prompt at any time of the day or night. Her guidance though the process of selling made all the difference to us.
