Tash is an amazing Real Estate Agent. She is professional, well organised and a very successful negotiator. Her warm manner and attention to detail are very reassuring. A Rate My Agent Review for Tash Welburn of Peard Victoria Park WA
The first think that struck me about Tash was her energy, zeal, enthusiasm and extreme positivity in what can only be termed a very depressed market. Tash also exhibited a level of empathy and sensitivity that was very much appreciated as my mother had just passed away. Whilst mediocre may be the "new norm" in many circles there is no mediocrity when it comes to Tash and the way she approaches her role as a real estate agent. Tash attended to all my requests promptly and with great efficiency - even whilst overseas Tash would keep me informed and left no stone unturned. Tash exhibits great professionalism, integrity and drive and most notably a "nothing is too much trouble" approach. Simply it was just so refreshing to experience such a polished professional - I have recommended Tash to anyone in my circle who is considering buying or selling in the local environ - she is extremely well informed with regard to the local market. Tash was recommended to us by a friend and she couldn't have been more helpful. Her knowledge of the area is second to none, she advised us as to what we needed to do to get the best price for a quick sale, we did everything she advised and this gave us the edge over other properties on the market in the area - 1 week later SOLD, a fantastic result. Buying our property through Tash made a huge decision much easier! All our silly questions were answered with reassurance that they weren't silly and every query was resolved quickly. Tash's regular communication made finalising the deal from afar easy to do with confidence.

She was always available and nothing seemed to much trouble. I came across a lot of agents while looking for my new house and none of them compared.

Fabulously helpful and honest
Tash Welburn told me exactly what to expect, was polite and professional, yet friendly and extremely helpful. I had to sell an apartment from a distance in a tricky marketplace, and Tash made it look wonderful and assisted in getting me the services I needed to make it secure and refreshed. Incredibly genuine fantastic lady
