My communication with Glenn, Percival Sales Representative was good, prompt & very polite.

Ayla is an exceptional agent.

My husband and I were relocating from Canberra to Port Macquarie. We drove seven hours to look at properties, hoping to find the perfect home. Ayla was the only agent we saw who actually showed interest in selling us a home. She was showing the home for her colleague who could not be there. While it wasn’t her listing or her client, she led us through the home like it was. She asked about our needs, why we were considering the area, and what else we were looking at. She pointed out the pros of the house as well as areas we could improve if we purchased it. Ayla asked about what other areas we were considering in the region and shared her own experiences about the area. She was authentic, down-to-earth, and professional, going above and beyond to ensure we felt seen, heard, and supported in our search for a new home. I love that she took care of us, as well as taking care of the seller. After dealing with agents who did not seem to care that we were interested in finding our dream home all day, Ayla was a breath of fresh air. Sincerity & Integrity

We (my wife & I) met Michelle at an open house on the Friday, we spoke again on Friday afternoon and we met again at the open house on the Saturday. By Saturday evening we had a verbal acceptance of our offer. We spoke several times over the ensuing days and we had exchanged contracts by the Friday. ONE WEEK from first viewing. In all meetings and phone calls Michelle was matter of fact and informative. She made us feel like we were best friends. Never did we feel pressured or suspect any misrepresentation. She knew her job very well and conveyed confidence that made us feelvery comfortable.
