We flew into Port from Perth in order to buy a house. We were shown a delightful home (which we bought) by Jenny and were most impressed with her knowledge and friendly personality. Later we met Michelle and between the two of them we received professionalism, efficiency and helpful advice. We didn't know anyone in Port, but their warmth and genuine caring made us feel completely at ease. We arrived as strangers and left feeling part of a family.

Flew up to Port, Michelle met me at the airport and drove me to the property. Michelle provided full answers to all my questions and had good first hand knowledge of the property and the local area. At the end of my visit she also drove me back to the airport making the visit a pleasant experience. Paid a deposit on the day and have since exchanged contracts on the property.

We were more than happy with Michelle"s professionalism in presenting property, as well as being very prepared with inspection reports, and other documents relating to the property. Also very prompt with response to offer, And straight to the point. As this is only the 2nd property we have purchased Michelle was also helpful in guiding us through the whole process as previously I had had a broker deal with purchase, We found Michelle's support very comforting. Michelle and Jenny went out of their way and personally attended the house on a few occasion allowing trades to gain access for quotes after sale of the property, and it was never an issue.
