The staff at Percival - both in their sales and property management have been very professional and easy to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. In terms of the recent sale of our unit, the majority of our dealings were with Michelle. We found her to be approachable and up-front in giving her opinion and advice both prior to and during the sale process. We had only one minor issue, which was, at times, it was a little difficult to contact her. However, I would hasten to add, that with regards to any really important issues around the sale, this was not a problem, and Michelle was good at keeping us up to date.
