Michelle sold my house in less than 2 weeks. She works extremely hard to get the sale, taking calls at all hours. Michelle was determined from the start to get a better price than others expected, with a successful outcome. Michelle was also committed to then helping me find a rental which I am grateful for. Thanks team Percival!

After much research I chose Michelle to market my property . Her advice was always honest and professional . She and her colleagues ran an efficient and successful campaign resulting in a sale. Our communications were always remote as was not in the state she was always available to speak to me. Many thanks to you Michelle.

Martin made, what could have been a complicated sale, relatively painless. Highly recommended!

They both worked so hard and kept us informed at all times. They were lovely to work with and kept us entertained. We liked them so much we wanted to thank them with a bottle of champagne to say thanks so very much. We can’t recommend highly enough.

It is difficult to sell a business, particularly a hospitality business. Patience is needed. Martin was patient and handled our impatience well whilst pursuing and bri going potential purchasers. He understood the market well and led the sale well to a fruitful conclusion.
