Ayla was seamless from the very beginning; absolutely exceptional. We were looking for an investment property and Ayla really knew her stuff. From property and area knowledge, to the type of trees in the yard. Any time we wanted to ask a question or there was any sort of issue, Ayla had it covered and sorted out immediately. The way she is able to be so professional, yet so personable, is truly amazing. We had a few issues with our legal representation and Ayla even assisted in sorting that out. Now we have our investment property, it is because of Ayla that we will be staying with Percival Property to lease it for us. We couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent and were very lucky to be dealing with Ayla. Nothing was too much trouble for her. If we're ever looking to buy or sell in the future, we'll definitely be going back to Ayla.
