I have been dealing with Michelle from Percival for a number of years she is one of the best agents in the business. Michelle sold my latest home during a number of interest rate increases. It took a little longer however she got the results. The only thing I would recommend is not to use companies at this time to furnish empty home when it takes over 90 days to sell these companies charge a fortune for short periods of time for rental just not worth it.

They were at all times respectful of our needs both as vendors of a property and as people selling their home. We recently used Michelle Percival to sell our property in Emerald Downs. Initially we had plenty of time to do so since the new property we were interested in would not be built until August/September 2023. Michelle counselled us that the property market in Port Macquarie was highly likely to take a big hit in early 2023 and consequently that we should strongly consider selling early in the new year. Michelle's valuation of our property was, we believed, a realistic one and validated by input from other agents. Before we had actually listed our property we received news that an opportunity in our destination area had opened up meaning we could move there in late March 2023. This galvanised our process: we appointed Michelle in early December, the photography, video, floor plan and drone footage was taken before Christmas and the website and signboard in place early January. We only needed one open for inspection weekend in early January resulting in 18 visiting groups, 3 offers including one at our asking price which we subsequently accepted. Most people in our situation are just glad to sell their property and, of course, we were too. However, largely based on Michelle's "selling" of the vision, possibilities and suitability to their needs of our home, the new owners truly fell in love with it which gives us a nice, warm feeling as we move on to the next stage of our lives. We are very grateful to Michelle for her extensive knowledge of the local marketplace, understanding of the underlying trends and persistence in convincing us that, despite the attractiveness of our property, acting quickly was critical in maximising its potential price outcome. She has been proven correct in every aspect by the event which have evolved in early 2023. As a bonus we found Michelle to be very personable, easy to deal with, attentive to our needs and very understanding of the magnitude of the decision to sell and then vacate one's home of 25 years.
