Once we committed to Ayla, she took charge and pointed us in directions required to achieve the best result. As vendors, we also committed to meet Ayla's requirements to ensure that nothing was left to chance. The end game produced a sale that was above the original valuation and before having to go to auction. Ayla stayed in touch with us at all stages of the pre-sale and subsequent sale negotiations. I guess the best thing I/we could say about this experience is that we would not hesitate to ask Ayla to sell a property on our behalf again.

We chose the worse time to be looking for an investment property in a super hot market and we found many agents didn't return our calls or seem that interested in talking to us. Michelle, however, was responsive and always returned calls and was very generous with her time. She took our offer straight to the vendor and once accepted, there were no surprises and it all went smoothly. We are now using Percival Property to rent the unit out and so far, the listing process has been equally thorough and professional.
