Martin has a thorough knowledge of the local real estate market including well-informed appraisals of property values. Although I initially expected more money on offers for my home (because I had been ill-informed by other realtors), Martin was accurate on his estimated range as to what the property would sell for in the current market. The offers from potential buyers were within Martin's sales range every time. Martin has kept regular communication with myself throughout the sales process. He is expedient at returning messages or inquiries I made via email, text or voice message. He is open to answering questions or will find out the answer or result and get back to me about it. I felt comfortable asking questions and making enquiries with Martin, particularly for matters in which I had no understanding. His attitude is that there are no stupid questions and that is congenial for getting on with people who are unfamiliar with the subject matter. I have appreciated that understanding from Martin.
