'Passionate' is a word thrown around glibly these days by people advertising their services. Michelle will remind you what the word is supposed to mean. She is unbelievably passionate about her work. She is also extremely professional, totally honest, highly skilled, and genuinely concerned for the well-being of those she is working for and with. My property was not a run-of-the-mill sale. Three other agents also valued it and offered their services. What stood out from the outset with Michelle was her creative engagement with the property and its potential. Her valuation was higher than those of her competitors, and she delivered almost exactly what she estimated. I can't recommend Michelle highly enough. Her service was faultless. And, a final bonus, she is a very nice human being.
