The whole sale process from the first meeting through to the sale was a easy experience. Michelle spent a couple of hours with us explaining the the sale process, the options available, what would happen and when. She phoned each week giving a detailed update on what had happened with interest in the property. She and her team put in a huge amount of work marketing the property to buyers which resulted in multiple people registering as bidders at the auction. Michael’s skill in running the auction was very evident as he kept the bidders entertained and bidding which ended in a sale price we quite happy with. It's difficult to make a call on an agent when they all promise the same. Michelle Percival was recommended to us based on her honesty and realistic views on the Port Macquarie market. We were also told that the advice we get from her would be realistic and honest and not simply advice to make us sign up with Percivals. The recommendation was spot on. Michelle was very forthright in her comments and gave us realistic expectations which we really appreciated. My parents house sold in less than a week and we were happy with the final figure (even though Michelle was adamant we could get another 5k to 10k out of the deal, we were more than satisfied with the first offer. My wife and I are positive the advice Michelle provided us with during the listing phase, ensured the house was prepared to it's full potential with minor outlay and time from us.
