Michelle Percival - outstanding service

My husband and i attended several open houses in Port Macquarie (unknown to Michelle) with the specific purpose of finding an agent to sell our holiday apartment. Without a doubt we decided we wanted Michelle to sell our property and she did not disappoint. Being residents of Sydney the whole process would have been daunting and difficult to manage but Michelle stepped in and was able to provide all the trades to spruce the place up, she organised the quotes and booked the jobs, organised furniture removals...all at very reasonable rates and finished with furniture hire for staging. Not only that Michelle achieved a benchmark price in our apartment block. All along the way Michelle kept us well informed and we felt we could trust and rely on her advice.
