Caring man
Rick listens and tries to fulfill all requirements. He is not pushy but i recognised that he was keen to sell. He made himself available on many occasions so that my friends and family could view the property he did not hover and let me speak to my family without his interference. Great Agent - Great Result

Fantastic Operator
As our allocated agent had left Robert stepped in days before the house was due to go on the market. He quickly reviewed all the details and inspected the house. Our house had an "open house inspection" on the Saturday with one prospective purchaser returning on the Wednesday. In the intervening days Robert had contacted us regularly to keep us updated on what was happening. The prospective buyer actually put in an offer on the Wednesday which we accepted. Robert then proceeded to contact us daily with the progress towards exchange of documents. The whole process from first inspection to exchange of documents was 13 days and was obviously assisted by Robert's knowledge of how the industry works.

Review....
The process of buying our new house was smooth and we appreciated the clear and fair way that Robert conducted the auction. We believe he undervalued the property in order to increase interest at the auction - leaving many bidders disappointed at not even bidding. He responded to our emails and calls but did not initiate any communication until after we had won the auction.

Robert Rocks!
Robert has sold several homes for our family over the years. His pragmatic approach to sales have enabled us to make informed, realistic decisions and as a result we have maximised our opportunities to move our properties at right time and price. In our most recent experience using Robert we owned an apartment in an area that has been massively overdeveloped. Previous apartments in our location have sold for up to $30,000 less than what we purchased for more than 11 years ago. With Robert's guidance we managed to maintain our property price and sold for slightly more than what we bought for. Amazing given the circumstances and the huge drop in price in our area. Robert has delivered under the most difficult of circumstances and acheived. 5 Stars, a huge thumbs up, highly recommend. Thank you Robert, we will be in contact soon for our next purchase.

Fantastic Agent - down to earth & helpful!!
Rick is a genuine person and is not interested in "just" making a sale he is dedicated to actually finding what your after. Always answers his phone or gets back to you promptly. No issue is too small always happy to accommodate. Highly recommend!!!!
