So there was no luring you in with false expectations. It was a difficult property to sell: older style and unusual configuration (three BR and only one bathroom). He gave good advice on whether to accept or reject an offer. He and his team promptly communicated every inter-action as they dealt with protective clients. He also steered us through the difficult process of selling with a tenant in place and worked out the best settlement period. I suppose the best reference I can give is that I have another unit to sell and I will engage Brett as the agent.
