Brett was very helpful in working with us to sell the house. All staff responded quickly to queries, and communication throughout was good. My only comment would be that at the initial meeting I felt that the other houses presented as comparison were not necessarily a good match - and that the price initially suggested was unrealistically high. I did query this at the time (ie. homes didn't really compare 'apples with apples'). This was born out in the comments from early prospective buyers.

Martin was very responsive and helpful during the preperation for sale, during the sales campaign and during the actual sale. The agency also looked after some minor repair work to the property for us and made sure the house was clean prior to the open house events (we live in Sydney so it was not an option for us to manage that).
