Local knowledge is always a winner to selling your family home, and Hayman Partners - Brett, Marty and the crew understand the real estate market in Curtin. They provided us with fair, well-researched and realistic information over the whole sale period- and thanks for the recommendation for the house cleaners- they were truly amazing!

Brett and the team did a brilliant job supporting us and selling our property as per our agreed strategy and timeframe. We got a solid market response to the campaign and a good outcome at auction. Everything went smoothly and Brett was very open and transparent in his dealings with us. Would highly recommend to other people considering selling their properties.

Brett and the team met our expectations fully except in the final stages of negotiation, when we felt the team wasn’t pushing as hard as we would have liked to secure the maximum sale price - we felt pressured to agree to an amount, which was less than what we finally agreed. The low offer was recommended for acceptance, without substantial evidence as to why it was value. However, the sale process went smoothly with a very concise campaign and very polite and considerate service all the way.

Brett looked after me from start to finish. He was available, open, honest and genuine throughout. He did not judge me or my circumstances and showed me the same respect I’m sure he shows all of his clients. He’s also quite a crack up and had me laughing in what would otherwise be uncomfortable situations for me - keep working on those dad jokes Brett! A good guy, a great realestate agent.

Can’t go past Tyran’s professionalism, knowledge of the market and communication. He kept us informed every step of the way with regular phone calls or messages and provided a great network of additional people required for a successful outcome. Friendly, relaxed, a lovely fellow to do business with. Can’t recommend Tyran highly enough.

The marketing was spot on with an amazing response. While the sale was challenging, Brett and his team kept pushing over and above what we thought was possible and reached a great outcome. Thank you.

Tyran recently sold our lovely, but slightly unusual Kingston apartment. He was a pleasure to work with. He guided us through the process and made it as easy as it could be. He was able to negotiate us a price we were happy with in a one-bidder auction, and was also excellent at communicating with neighbours and the body corporate to ensure a smooth sale. We would recommend Tyran to anyone selling their home.

We had a great selling experience with Brett, Marty, and Grace from Hayman Partners. The property needed some work before going on the market and Hayman was able to coordinate the necessary trades to facilitate the repairs. The communication from the whole team was excellent throughout the process and we ended up selling for a great price in a short period of time. Thanks Hayman Partners!
