The advice we got at our initial meetings and then through the process was always balanced and accurate. He gave us some very good guidance as to what we did and didn't need to do to ready the property for sale and his read of the market was right on the money. I felt we could trust Brett completely. We were outside of Canberra for the whole process, so work he and the team did to coordinate the sale was excellent and super efficient. They communicated with us very well.
