We engaged Hayman Partners to sell our longstanding family home in Curtin on the basis of their reputation as the most knowledgeable and experienced agent for sales in this suburb. This proved to be the right decision. Unfortunately, the timing of our house going on the market was not the best as it coincided with a slowdown in Curtin sales which saw a significant blow out in the average period a house remained unsold. Notwithstanding, Brett and his team of Martin and Emily worked extremely hard to bring on a sale. Brett was very impressive in quickly getting the sale process under way and drawing up a timetable for a quick auction to take account of our impending move to a retirement village. The team was assiduous in following up with potential buyers who had been through the house and in providing us with detailed feedback. Their diligence was rewarded when the house sold after less than two months on the market at a price which given the state of the market we considered to be fair and reasonable.
