Bianca's passion for property began at a young age, when she became actively involved in her family's property investment portfolio. She cemented her love of real estate through the creation of her own investment portfolio, purchasing her first property at just 19 years of age. It was a natural progression for her to enter the Real Estate industry and Bianca celebrates over 13 years in the industry in 2020. Her dedication to providing service excellence in all aspects of Property Management, saw her proudly step into the senior Property Management role in 2017, now overseeing an enthusiastic and results driven team with a combined portfolio of almost 500 properties comprising of both residential and commercial. A highly organised operator, Bianca's communication skills are unsurpassed , ensuring that her property portfolio runs as smoothly as possible and this is reflected in her reputation for delivering outstanding results for landlords and tenants alike. Away from the office, Bianca's passion for all things property is complemented by her love for interior design and home renovation, having herself completed three renovations.

Lara entered the Real Estate industry in 2019 in her role as Receptionist at Peter James Realty and immediately proved herself an invaluable source of support throughout both the Sales and Property Management sides of the business. Very quickly she progressed to her current role as Property Manager and is very much the backbone and "behind the scenes" champion of the Property Management Department. Her endless energy, bubbly personality and her willingness to go the extra mile to ensure absolute satisfaction for our clients will ensure your experience is an enjoyable one from the outset. Lara is a highly valued Peter James Realty team member and outside the office this trend continues. She loves nothing more than taking part in competitive team sports and has a keen interest in health and fitness.
