I have purchased and sold number of houses in the past and often left disappointed in the agents rush to sell and failure to manage the smaller details, leaving myself micromanaging the process. Kim was direct when he needed to be so as a purchaser I knew not to waste time with smaller offers, this could have only translated to the owners a sense that Kim meant business representing them to get the best price. Kim’s customer service and honestly gave me the confidence to make a more realistic and higher offer without feeling I was taking for a ride. As a purchaser i trusted his sales pitch and honest feedback, which resulted in me finally securing the property. Since the purchase I haven’t been forgotten about. Whilst we knew we had outgrown our home there were definitely a lot of emotions around selling it. Having been looking for our new home for a few months we chose Nick after his attentiveness to us as buyers, even though we didn't end up purchasing a property through Nick. Out of all the agents we looked at properties with, Nick stood out, well beyond any others. Nick gave us advice without being pushy, knowing that we hadn't been through the process before, giving us enough information so we could make informed decision without pressure. His advice lead to an excellent result and we are extremely appreciative of his commitment to us as vendors and keeping both us and those that expressed an interest in our property updated constantly. We certainly wouldn't hesitate in recommending Nick to anyone selling their home and whilst we have no intention of moving again anytime soon, we certainly would use Nick again, if he is still selling houses when we do.
