Whilst we knew we had outgrown our home there were definitely a lot of emotions around selling it. Having been looking for our new home for a few months we chose Nick after his attentiveness to us as buyers, even though we didn't end up purchasing a property through Nick. Out of all the agents we looked at properties with, Nick stood out, well beyond any others. Nick gave us advice without being pushy, knowing that we hadn't been through the process before, giving us enough information so we could make informed decision without pressure.
