Bryce was so helpful and knowledgeable. As i was on the mainland we did most of our communicating via phone, text and email. He kept me up to date every step of the process no matter what the time. I pretty much bought my property in one day and Bryce was upbeat and easy to deal with. Thanks Bryce !!

We recently bought a property via Jeff. He went over and above to ensure the very best for both us as the buyers and his vendors. We were so impressed by Jeff’s communication and work ethic that we have now engaged him to sell properties for us. He keeps us well informed and we know he’s working hard behind the scenes.

We cannot recommend team Craig and Jess enough. We have worked with them several times now and they have always achieved prices above our expectations. They are a pleasure to work with, taking care of all the details and making the whole process so easy and smooth. Their communication is particularly excellent. They are always easy to contact and kept us fully informed every step of the way. This particular sale actually happened while we were interstate and I never needed to worry about anything as Craig and Jess made sure that everything went smoothly, right through to settlement.

Kim and Eunice provided professional and sound advice to the sale of our property. Their package was comprehensive and included the capability to reach interstate clients easily. Most importantly, they also went beyond their responsibilities to help us find alternatives for temporary accommodation, when our new unit completion was delayed.

And even more important to me, his morals are exemplary. Not only did George get us a great price for our property, he got us an INCREDIBLE price!!! I can honestly say that I would recommend that you use George Self for all of your property needs.

Harry was upfront, honest and professional from our first meeting. He outlined the process and told us what to expect whether it be good and bad. Harry communicated with us throughout and we always knew where things were at. I'd highly recommend Harry to anyone!

It was fortunate for me to find out how much Bryce is willing to do when it comes to choosing the agent for your family home. My communications with him over the past months certainly understood he is prepared to provide a result you’re looking for towards the house. Sometimes we lag updates on market demand and supply for properties but Bryce, in my experience is approachable to discuss opportunities and give you the results as a professional.

Harry the professional. Returned communication the morning after I made email contact. Shortly after that a sales pack was hand delivered by Annika, Harry’s trusty team member. An appointment was made and we had a two hour meeting explaining most importantly the process, the timeline and the marketing. Harry explained the market, likely pricing and possible outcomes. We met a great team who lined up the marketing, the stylist, the photographer, the video cameraman, the draftsman for the plan and the creator of the 3D tour of the house. At all time communication was maintained, everyone arrived on time and disruption was minimal. We approved all images and the description and the house was on the market on Monday. In one afternoon there were 3 tours before the open house, then the open house. We had an acceptable contract and the house was sold on Wednesday. It was so professional and we are grateful to be able to move on to the next phase of our lives.
