Nick’s knowledge of the industry was great. We were trying to sell a block of land at a difficult time in the market. Nick explained land sales across the board were very slow due to the building costs etc. He kept us updated on the amount of views with our listing and checked in when needed which made us feel comfortable that he was doing his best during a difficult time.
