Considered focus on relationships
He was professional, a consistent and clear communicator, and very measured with guiding market expectations. Being the agency manager, Harry resolved a difficult situation when Bec Owens, one of his staff, severed our contract after I declined the first lowball offer within 2 weeks of listing with her, and a huge amount of unprofessional pressure from this agent. Harry then agreed to take my property on as the lead agent and I had a good working relationship with him from that point onwards.

The ultimate professional estate agent
Bryce is extremely approachable. He works well with his client and is always working towards a timely sale with the vendors interests at heart. He willingly provides feedback and recommendations for presenting a property for sale. This is the second time I have been worked with Bryce both as a purchaser and vendor. He is truly professional in his approach to all matters real estate. Highly recommend.

Very professional, committed and personable, always working on what's best for his clients.
Selling in a difficult declining market was never going to be easy. George was the agent who sold us our house 8 years ago. This time we were reluctant sellers, but had to do so on account of issues beyond our control. We had no hesitation calling for George to work for us. Over a long campaign in a very soft market, George was always positive and realistic. The promotion and presentation of our wonderful property was exceptional. With open house inspections, no leads were left unresolved. George was always willing to work around time and availability obstacles of interested parties without hesitation. We are not property investors or professionals but through our lives have bought and sold more than 10 times. George is the best agent we have ever used.

Jess is an exceptional agent. Completely professional. Highly intelligent and knowledgeable of property; which in our position of being relatively new residents of Tasmania was very welcome. She has an incredibly warming personality and is always available. Punctual and very presentable, she exudes everything you want in an agent, whether it be buying or selling.
