I found Mike really responsive and proactive when it came to managing communications and negotiation on the purchase. Even after settlement he followed up a few issues for me and managed access for contractors and inspections etc. Really happy with how easy the process was and would consider him to sell the property many years into the future (assuming the price is right)

I have bought and sold many properties over the past 20 years. It is very rare in my encounters with a selling agent that I will find someone who, having dealt with them, that I would consider using them for my own property sale in the future. Sam was very professional and accommodating, providing a conduit through which all parties, (in a complicated sale), could find a positive agreement. I know that throughout the process he worked in the best interest of his clients, however we still felt as though his intention was to get a positive outcome for us also. This is a rare balance to find, and not only will I be using Sam for any of my future property sales, but I will also be passing on the management of my rentals to him and his team.
