I received a mail drop in my mailbox from Petrusma real estate . Upon opening the pamphlet I was interested in what I was reading and the knowledge they were showing me for the area , I contacted Mike Speakman and organised an appraisal on my property . After about 15 minutes of options and the knowledge of the area and what prices I could hope to achieve I didn't see a purpose in calling other real estate's as he was telling me everything I wanted to hear . So he signed me up 2 days later and started the ball rolling, communication along the way was exemplary and I felt very much in tune with Mike and Lucy . On the first Saturday we had an open home and by the Monday my place was sold all up 7 to 8 days outstanding . If you want no nonsense, up to the minute feedback on your property then Mike And Lucy are your team and I can't recommend it enough .

Thank you Tegan for the discount of your sales commission, if we did not receive that incentive we were going to sell the property ourselves via a " No agent" on line company. Thank you Susan for your non- pushy fair market appraisal of the property with your insight to the fact that the person who would buy this property was going to see it as a 'life style property' not as a primary producing property. We had it assessed/appraised for its market value by a local agent who appraised it at a value $65,000 less than what you sold it for. Thank you all with your customer service. My in-laws in QLD are currently trying to sell their house and can not believe the customer service that we have had from you, compared to their current Agent. For an example, the feed back following a viewing was timely ,succinct and comprehensive compared to theirs almost no feed-back experience. We are currently in negotiations with another real estate agent, regarding putting a contract on another property, oh how we wished that Petrusma (the Tegan team) was handling it !!! (read between the lines). We have already recommended you to friends at Lachlan, they have subsequently engaged your team and I was told that you have already got a contract on our friends property in just a few days.
