I am a bit hard to satisfy when it comes to Real estate agents ....and on this occasion was probably a little tougher due to it being my parents elate But Tegan handled it so well and had a buyer in less than a month of putting it on the market. and we achieved a very god price... I have no hesitation in recommending her for any real estate matters.. and remember im hard to please.

We chose Tegan after a lot of research in the market, the properties she had sold and the properties she had for sale. We assumed from all the excellent advertisement on Facebook and all the properties she had on the market, that she also had a large catalogue of purchasers just waiting to pick up a bargain. While both Tegan and her assistant Susan did bring people through in droves, when we signed a contract, all contact stopped. When the first contract looked to be going nowhere, a few more were bought through until another contract was signed. Then all communication from Tegan ceased. Even after leaving messages for her to contact us for various reasons. nothing. I understand when an agent is as busy as Tegan, she doesn't have time for each seller on her books, however when you are spending more on your agent than some new cars, you would expect your call to be answered, or returned. Sometimes, you would even hope to get updates on the progress of any clauses on your contract, so you aren't sitting in the dark having to pay your solicitor to check. I would, however, like to state that I cannot rate Tegan's assistant Susan enough. While just as busy as Tegan, she was always happy to help, or at least take your call/call you back.

Tegan is a great Real Estate agent! She was so helpful in the selling of my elderly mothers house. She communicated through us to elevate the stress from my mother. I would highly recommend her to anyone either selling or buying a house or land. She is very professional, easy to contact and goes out of her way to make things happen. Sam and Kate were terrific agents and marketed our house extremely well. We hoped for a quick sale and they sold it within our price range within a week of the internet listing, only 2 days after the open house! They both kept in constant contact with us during the negotiation period, and gave advice on presentation. The photos and brochure highlighted the benefits of the house perfectly. I hope never to move again but would call them if I did.
