We have dealt with a large number of Real Estate Agents over the years, and particularly in the last six months. Tegan ALWAYS returns texts and phone calls in a timely fashion - often in under ten minutes. This woman knows Real Estate and knows the market. She is second-to-none as a negotiator and fights hard for her clients interests (she sold our home in nine days). But, most importantly, Tegan doesn't beat around the bush, tells it like it is and is completely honest with you. In the future, whenever we have to sell property, we no longer have to shop around for an agent - we will just go straight to Tegan.

We engaged Sam to sell our parent's family home in West Hobart, to enable them to move quickly to an aged care unit. He was very understanding of the situation, and came up with a strategy to develop interest and achieve a quick sale. Kate Shwartz did a great job of introducing buyers and negotiated 3 contracts to present within a few hours of the first open home - Sam's strategy played out exactly as hoped. The champagne and flowers when the "sold" sign was put up was another nice touch appreciated by my parents.
