My husband and I were 100% satisfied with Sam Towns. Prior to enlisting with Sam I interviewed 2 other agents and knew from the start that Sam would sell our house within the time frame and asking price we required. The whole experience was handled very professionally by Sam and his team and always kept us well informed on what was going on. Sam has a wonderful friendly nature that makes you automatically feel comfortable and confident that he will get the results you want.

Sam was very easy to talk to and made the enormous task of selling my home quite easy. He kept in touch during the process and importantly always returned my calls within an hour or two. I would recommend Sam to anyone.

Daniel has been very pleasant and professional throughout the whole process. Ably assisted by Renee, they have promptly responded to each enquiry and kept me informed of every development. I rarely give 5 stars but if you sell the other property as well there might be a chance. Thank you and well done.

We highly recommend Tegan. We felt from the first meeting we had with her that she would work hard to sell our house at a realistic price. We were particularly impressed with her energy and determination. She kept us informed and was honest in all her dealings. She is also backed by a very professional organisation in Petrusma. Very satisfied with the whole process.

Sam was great from the get go - it was clear his intention was to get the best price for us - and he talked us through the different options and gave his recommendation - it worked! Our property was on the market for just over 1 week - first contract fell over and within days he had another - and all while we were O/S on holiday - can't get better than that!
