Sam worked hard for me on the sale of my 2 units. My situation was a little different as I live in Queensland and never actually met Sam. He communicated very well with me despite this and always kept me updated. My tenets in the units were also very happy with their dealings with him, and experienced very minimal inconvenience, during the process. The properties were a bit of an unknown going into the market as there are not really any other units in the area. However Sam was able to come up with a good result- both financially and within my timeframe. I would recommend him to others.

Sam did an amazing job when selling our house and we were so happy that he was able to finalise the sale on the day of the fist home open. In particular we were impressed with his personal integrity, communication skills and ability to negotiate the sale of our house so quickly and for a price above what we had expected. We also received endless positive comments relating to the promotional video that he made, and believe that this had a lot to do with the huge number of people that attended the home open, with potential buyers queuing down the street!

I have used Mike Speakman's services to sell two houses now. The main difference between Mike and other agents is he communicates realistic market conditions, and doesn't pump up the projected price just to win the listing!
