Tegan makes selling a house easy and enjoyable. She is such a hard worker and does everything possible to attain the best price for the vendor, including making herself available day and night to show people through the property (several times if necessary) and close the deal. She has a strong understanding of the market and a clear strategy that works. We were very impressed and will definitely contact Tegan again if we ever sell another property.

From the moment I met Mike, he was personable, enthusiastic and informative about how to get my home ready for market, without being pushy or insincere. He spent time with me detailing the things that I should polish or fix, and the things upon which I shouldn’t spend time. As the time to sell drew closer and I got stressed about the little glitches and hiccups that naturally occur along the way, he put my mind at ease every single time. If ever there was an issue, he was quick to return my calls, explaining what it meant and what was needed. For the most part, he simply told me not to worry and that he would take care of it; including doing a few minor jobs himself! Quite apart from getting a fabulous price for my home, I really felt like he was with me every step of the way. His communication was outstanding and he ALWAYS followed through with what he said he would do. I cannot emphasize this enough. Living in a separate state to my home, his communication was absolutely vital to my peace of mind and he followed through every time. Speakman by name and nature you might say! If you are selling and wish to remain calm and informed throughout the whole process I highly recommend this experienced and integrious man.

Tegan sold me 57 Kensington back in 2017. It was our only investment property. She was exceedingly helpful when we became interested in buying this space taking extra pictures when I needed and getting back to me promptly. She was always pleasant and willing to answer any questions I had. When we went to sale this year, 2022 I went back to her because I thought she could be trusted and I would continue to say this. The house went very quickly quite possibly because of market now but Tegan seem to understand exactly what was happening in her area and was very resourceful in helping us make a quick and lucrative sale.
