Sam and the team at Petrusma were consummate professionals who made my mother's purchase of a new home an enjoyable and stress-free experience. Sam made himself available for extra inspections and Mattie was on call to show us through and clarify any questions that we had. I can't recommend Sama nd the team highly enough.

We would recommend Tegan to anyone wanting to sell or buy a property. She is enthusiastic, honest, hardworking, non-judgemental and professional. We have had many dealings with other Real Estate Agents in Tasmania and Victoria and can honestly say that without a doubt Tegan is the BEST we have ever met. She has changed our lives not with just the phenomenal price she achieved but we feel so blessed to have had her come into our lives.

We met with Tegan on Friday unsure if we should sell or not, her expertise and knowledge made us confident that we were selling at the best time. By the following Saturday we had an unconditional contract. No stress, not hassle.......couldn't be happier. Thank you for your help.

Tegan sold our previous property and sold us our current home. When we decided to sell again we didn’t hesitate to call Tegan because we knew she would be professional and reliable and would work hard to get a good price for us, she didn’t disappoint. We are relocating interstate but if we ever decide to move back to Hobart we would call Tegan immediately. We have bought and sold many properties over the years and Tegan is the only agent we had a pleasant and painless experience with and the only agent we ever used twice. If you are thinking about calling Tegan to sell you property - do it! You won’t regret it.

Sam assisted my family in administration of a deceased estate. He sold two properties in a fast turnaround. Sam was professional, clear, and true to his word. Sam’s communication was a stand out virtue to working with him. Highly recommended.

This is not the first sale we have entrusted Tegan with and I'm sure it won't be our last! The best in the business - communications are honest and efficient, she is always working towards the best outcome and does so in a friendly & timely manner.
