Very impressed with the way Teagan handled the sale of my family home. I found her a very friendly young lady who was reliable, accessible and constantly updating. Made the sale a very pleasant experience and I couldn't recommend Teagan more highly. Well done Teagan!

Right from the very start of contact with Tegan we felt confident that she had the knowledge and skill to sell our property and achieve a good result. Throughout this process she was honest and straightforward with her feedback and we really appreciate how much of her time was put into negotiations. Her vibrant personality also made the whole exercise much easier.

From the video walk-through (we are currently interstate) to the unconditional purchase of our house, Tony was amazing to deal with. He has a terrific knowledge of the area and was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He was more than happy to answer the many questions we had and helped up enormously when completing the paperwork required. We highly recommend Tony!

I had a very good experience with Sam during the sale of my property. He can always give me the feed backs from all the potential purchasers. Meanwhile, he was such a experienced agent who gave me the appropriate plan and strategy to sell my property. I am really happy to work with him and will definitely come back to him in the future.

We initially chose Alanna over two other agents to help sell my late father's property in Glenorchy because she was enthusiastic, she seemed honest and trustworthy, and was persistent in communicating her belief that she would do an excellent job. We weren't disappointed! Throughout the process, Alanna demonstrated that she was knowledgable about the current local market, down to our street level. Alanna was always courteous and professional in her communications with us and was thorough in her work. Throughout the process, we were always confident that Alanna was working for us, to achieve the best possible outcome for us. All in all, it was a pleasure to have had Alanna as our agent.

Sam was selected for the sale of our inner city apartment as a return customer after he sold our home a couple of years ago. We were impressed with Sam and the entire Petrusma team who clearly work hard to support Sam and us during the process For us it’s all about trusting our representative with the entire effort as there are many paths to tread. We found Sams ability to think through the best approach and be very genuine in his feedback to us on how to maximise the result. Whilst Sams role as front man is important we are equally impressed with the follow up and support from the office team. Our results have been right on the target with Sams expertise so we recommend him as a great agent who respects his clients.
