I feel very lucky to have had Tegan as my agent. My sale was not an easy one. An unusual property on a 50 acre bush block, it took three contracts to get the sale through, thanks to a series of unlucky events like the bushfires and the coronavirus. Through all the uncertainty, Tegan remained upbeat, and had plans B through to Z for my sale mapped out. The two times my contract fell through, Tegan had new purchasers lined up immediately. Anyone can sell a house in good times, but it's the more difficult sales like mine where a really good, knowledgeable, hardworking agent like Tegan really shines. From the 1st interview we had with Tony trying to find a suitable agent for the sale of our property, Tony very professional. His advice and subsequent follow ups really pushed us to make the house over and above what we thought we could do.
