Tony was correct about the price he estimated I could achieve my unit. Tony was definitely determined to get me the highest price possible which he indeed did. I was very surprised and very pleased with the high offer he gained for my unit. He could see the effort I had put onto doing up my horu home and he wanted to honour that with attaining the highest Off for me ... which I gladly accepted..he worked quietly behind the scenes but within 2 weeks had achieved he had achieved a successful offer which was a fantastic outcome for both of us. Mike certainly knows the market and helped me prepare for the one Open House which resulted in a sale price above my expectations. However the settlement date put into the contract was too short as my conditional purchase had a 120 day settlement. I think the solicitors have fixed the matter.
