When you put your house on the market you are trusting your biggest asset to a complete stranger. I was looking for an agent who I would feel comfortable being in my home and representing my best interests. Tegan did not try to overwhelm me with sales statistics or her reputation (mind you her reputation was why I approached her in the first place). Tegan asked what my expectations were, told me what she believed was achievable and then did exactly what she said she would. Great price, very quick sale and Tegan supporting throughout it all. Can't recommend Tegan highly enough.
