Jane is the best seller I met，work very hard and gave me lot of advice，search a lot before put my property in the market，this is the second time I worked with Jane，my first home is bought from Jane which is quite good，and this time I ask Jane to help me to sell a property. I worked with other staff in this agent before which was quite unfriendly and I am not happy . but Jane is very responsible and I believe we will corporate again next time. Really appreciate with Jane！

Sam was easy to deal with, upfront and honest about marketing and commission costs, produced professional and effective advertising, and secured an unconditional offer within two weeks of listing. He was very obliging and handled all issues with our property sale, even though we had already relocated to New Zealand. The price he secured exceeded our expectations so we were very satisfied with Sam's efforts.

Sam was very responsive to our request to view the property, making sure that we got through quickly. Sam’s handling of the offer process was incredibly professional. I trusted that we were in great hands and that the process would be conducted in accordance with best practice. After we made an offer, Sam kept me well informed of progress and Petrusma’s communication post signing of the contract was excellent. I would certainly recommend Sam.

I had a very short time frame to sell my property and Sam was the right agent to support a quick sale. He was extremely knowledgeable, confident, and forthright. He guided me through what needed to happen to get the result we wanted - he met his end of the deal and I met mine and we were both ready quickly to go live on the internet and in the paper. His 'package' deal was a great way to go - I could leave so much with Sam and his team and know things were happening behind the scenes. In the end, I trusted Sam's advice around the best offer. It all happened quickly and professionally. Moreover, Sam and his team were very kind and fun and professional. I recommend Sam unequivocally.

My partner and I were first home buyers and were struck by how seamlessly the process worked for us, with great credit deserved by Sam and his team (and probably a fair slice of luck on our part). Helpful, engaging, informative and accommodating, we achieved all that we wanted to and more due to Sam's courteous nature and sincere acumen, so can't be more grateful. Good stuff!
