This is the third house we have bought or sold through Sam over the past seven years. Over this time we have found Sam to be personable, professional and absolutely committed to getting good results. It is a mark of Sam’s skill that he inspires confidence in both buyer and vendor. Sam is extremely knowledgeable about market conditions and his selling strategies have secured results that exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend Sam to both buyers and sellers.

Sam was very helpful and understanding. He was able to tailor his service (which included advertising the property, arranging for an interior house stylist and getting a cleaner) to fit our situation. Sam was very accommodating and frank it what we could aspect to get for the sale of the property. I highly recommend Sam to anyone out there looking for a reliable and trusted agent.

Mike was more then a property agent. His team of people in my eyes have super man abilities. The way he handled the purchasing of my new property was beyond my expectations. If anyone asks who to buy or sell a house from/with without hesitation I say ....superman mike to the rescue. He handled my tears and smiles with professionalism and genuine care. He sold me my dream home and enabled me to stop moving from rental to rental. To be able to call a house a home for the first time in many years is a dream come true. Thank you Mike and your incredible team.

After seeking quotes from other agents we decided to go with Tony because of his eagerness for achieving the best sale price, his knowledge of the market, and his authenticity. During the sales process Tony constantly guided us (pure novices) through many negotiation hurdles working tirelessly to achieve the maximum price for the property. In the end 12% higher than other real estate agents originally quoted for the land. You get a sense when working with him that it’s his integrity and his wish to maximise the opportunities for both buyer and seller that helps maintain a smooth process. I have no hesitation recommending him and will call on Tony again if need arises.
