I had been trying to sell my property in the Lachlan valley for many years. I tried one Real Estate agent from Glenorchy and they were hopeless. [I guess I can't say who it was, but I'll never get hooked again.] So, I decided to watch the market for sales in the Lachlan valley for a period of 8 months. I noted that Petrusma, and in particular Tegan Rainbird, had sold more properties, and in a shorter amount of time. than any other Real Estate agent. When it came time to sell, I interviewed three agents, Tegan being one of them. She won outright. She was honest, straight forward and pleasant to deal with and she oozed trust. Her estimation on the property worth was far above my expectations. No question was too silly and she took the time to explain the terms of the contract and her marketing strategies to me thoroughly. The terms of the contract were fair and equitable. Tegan's marketing strategies were energetic and comprehensive. She left me with no doubt that everything would be done to sell my property and for the estimated value. Tegan's advice on what to do to make the property more presentable was spot on. And it worked. I had walk through's before the property hit the market, and the first open home was a success. Two offers with this first open home. And the price was what Tegan had estimated.
