Paul had a great knowlwdge of the area and was able to market the property to get a great result for us. Paul was always available when we needed to talk or clarify things. Paul and his team helped us with extra things like suggesting a cleaner and being there to let people in when we where not, we are very gratefull for all their help.

Paul & his staff are very professional at what they do & guide you very well through the entire process. I found all of the staff very easy to deal with & very knowledgeable in their field. They were very prompt at attending to anything needed throughout our sale & ultimately got us what we felt was the most reasonable price for our property at the time. Paul in particular is very experienced & knowledgeable at what he does & I would have no problem recommending him to anybody looking to sell or buy a property.

Right from my first phone call With Paul I could'nt been happier in my selection of Agent. The Staff I had dealings with were all very courteous and professional. The price of the selling of the home was a great surprise, the valuation was spot on. The whole sale was stress free for me and the compassion shown under the circumstances was great. I liked the no pressure approach and the inspections were monitored and secured before a showing. I cannot thank Paul and his staff enough.

From day one Paul and his team made the selling of our house a pleasant and stress free experience. They are professional, friendly, courteous and always happy to answer difficult questions with extra time. Paul’s knowledge and skills as an estate agent are exemplary and our house was sold within a week! I highly recommend P & G real estate agents to sell your house. Thank you to the team at this particularly challenging time and we will certainly reach out again for any other real estate needs in the future.

Paul and his team were amazing to work with. Even through lockdown him and his team worked extremely hard, exploring other options such as Facebook live to enable people to see the home. He is honest, hardworking and is everything an agent should be. You won’t be disappointed in his services and highly recommend him and P&G
